The purpose of JAM (Jeonsoft Accounting Module) and JAM.NET
Accounting System is to increase the speed and
efficiency of the overall accounting operation within the company. This will be
facilitated by computerizing the
accounting system to form a solid software structure which can be
utilized for accounting and reports. This
system is based on JeonSoft Infrastructure for Business
Enterprise Solutions eXtreme Performance (JibesXP)
architecture.The Accounting System is comprised of the following
modules divided into two (2) parts and are listed as follows:
Part A JAM System
JAM or Jeonsoft Accounting Module is the module for the main
accounting system. The system is composed of the following sub

JAM.NET is the internet version of the system. This module is
optional for those companies needing a management module to review
the business operation anytime, anywhere in the world as long as the
main system is running and connected to the internet.

User Log-in using Jibes Security System
To ensure the security maintenance of JBS system, it has JADE (Jeonsoft
Administrative Enforcer) programmed to protect the transactions in
your system. Users will be asked to enter their login name and
password to confirm if they are entitled to access the system. Using
JADE, Administrators can also assign a specific module for employees
to access since they are only entitled to access modules that are
related to their work.
